Laura C. Shimamoto is an English instructor, artist and an active singer-songwriter who calls Japan her home. In the 90’s her essays and poems were published in newsletters and magazines such as The Hiragana Times, The Satellite Newsletter for International Friendship and Plazax2. She is the cowriter of “Have Fun” by Labo Chubu educational center and has recently been published in Ko Haiku Magazine in English. Her little bilingual picture book “Tender dreams,” is also available on Kindle.
