A commoner named Maxter Anfred in modern era flirts with paranormal experiment and accidentally summons intelligent nonhuman beings to earth using a spotlight. He was demanded by the space visitors to be a representative for humankind for negotiation with the latter, to which he agrees. The visitors bestow earth three human wishes.
