Why not try something new?
In this book I put together my favorite juice recipes. During my juice fast, I got really tired of drinking the same juices again and again, so I decided to try some other ingredients and different combinations. Half of the juices in this book are green, half are sweet. I experimented with these during my own juice fast over the past year.
If there are ingredients that you cannot find or do not like, I encourage you to be creative and find some replacement that will suit your own taste.
I love juicing. But most of all, I love having a handful of ingredients and mixing them in a creative way to obtain something delicious.
