Havia um mundo peculiar, escondido no meio de infinitas galáxias, chamado Risup. Nesse mundo existia uma grande ilha, onde não havia guerras nem atentados terroristas. Havia um reino com uma história diferente. Era o reino do Rei João, o rei mais pacífico, mais justo e mais idealista que naquela grande ilha alguma vez se conhecera. Só que esse rei tão pacífico, justo e idealista tem uma inimiga imortal. Na semana da sua coroação João é arrastado para o meio de uma batalha em que se decidiria o rumo do mundo. Nessa batalha enfrenta a sua inimiga e é lhe lançada uma maldição que passaria para os seus descendentes para todo o sempre. Quando descobre que a única coisa que o impede de ser morto pela maldição é lhe roubada, parte em busca da sua cura e, sem se aperceber, do seu passado. Será que João voltará com vida a casa da sua viagem? Será tudo em que acredita verdadeiro?

There was a peculiar world, hidden in the middle of endless galaxies, called Risup. In this world there was a large island, without wars or terrorist attacks. There was a kingdom with a different story.
It was a realm where ruled joy, unconcern and pacifism. It was the kingdom of John, the King more peaceful, more just and idealistic that great island had ever known. This young king had brown hair and green eyes, was tall and thin.
Facing any challenge that was laid upon him, the biggest challenge so far was to become king of the ancient kingdom of a wizard. On the border of this kingdom was a vast forest of tall pines, firs, eucalyptus and many other species of trees whose tops were all forms, shapes and sizes imaginable.
