The Wake of the Pina Colada is a very believable story now that the world has become hypersensitive to terrorist acts of destruction, especially after New York 9/11. The story begins in northern Kentucky—actually it begins in Algeria in 1943—at the home of Bill and Della Roberts whom are preparing for a Caribbean cruise. To their surprise, the cruise they take is being used by Algerian terrorists to smuggle an atomic weapon into the United States piece by piece, via the Port of Miami. Bill Roberts accidentally—well not exactly—discovers the plot and finds out the intent is to detonate a plutonium dirty bomb over the city of Atlanta. The story will make you laugh, cry, want to take a cruise, and will scare the hell out of you!
