fundamentals of criminal law is a study textbook which discussed the basic principles of the criminal law with special emphasis on common law jurisdictions. It discussed such concepts as, the nature of a crime, the sources and classifications of crimes, principles of criminal responsibility and exemption from criminal responsibility, parties to a crime, selected common offenses etc. The book treated these concepts directly and to the point, therefore it is not so voluminous but moderate and direct to the points. the style of writing adopted by the author made the book easily comprehensible by the average reader.
