This book is mainly dealing with the rules and regulations based on the CENTRAL CIVIL SERVICES (LEAVE TRAVEL CONCESSION) RULES, 1988 incorporating latest updates but with a difference. When the author was in government service, particularly in the audit wing of the IA&AD, it was felt for a simple form of rule books which an ordinary person could understand easily.
