This book is a result of my long experience and it is my wish to transfer my own experiences and knowledge and to help everyone who needs and wants it. I don’t recommend face fitness and gymnastics only for keeping your face young. I also recommend my routine to keep your body slim and fit for a fresh and youthful appearance and to reduce the signs of ageing without the need for any surgical intervention. I am not the only one convinced of its effectiveness. My clients that accepted my method and use it to keep their beauty and youthfulness, are convinced as well. All muscles and that includes the muscles of the face need to be exercised.
