This Kettlebell workout includes 3 workout cards with full exercise keys describing each exercise, demonstration pics of each with the area worked being highlighted. The focus on this split is to alternate your split with sessions that concentrate on upper or lower body exercises specifically for that session, hitting upper or lower body on different days.
