Unduthian society is strictly partitioned into two camps – the haves and the have-nots. In Unduth, there are the wealthy and there are the poor, better known as “scraps” by the elite.
HATARE – A young and willful woman born into the upper echelons of Unduthian society. She rebels against ancient customs that will force her into a marriage not of her choosing, but one that will increase the wealth and prestige of her family name.
