The Frontline Fugitives Book II: Cops in a Combat Zone (English Edition)

    Por Nick Jacobellis

    Sobre

Pursuing two fugitives in peacetime is a difficult task. Pursuing two fugitives who join the U.S. Army during World War II to facilitate their escape… that is a seemingly impossible mission. Law enforcement officers risk life and limb for justice. Why else? Revenge. It motivates the civilian and military law officers in this manhunt. They will leave no stone unturned in the search for Ivan Larson and Francis Shorty Mc Ghee.
African American NYPD Officer Al Parker is the only lawman who can identify the main fugitive. He is assigned to work with Major James Beauregard, a U.S. Army CID Agent, currently on military leave from the Atlanta Georgia Police Department. It’s 1943, and the United States, as well as the U.S. Army, is segregated. Al Parker and Jim Beauregard, along with a colorful cohort of civilian and military law enforcement officers, must work around this obstacle and complete their mission under the most adverse conditions imaginable.
