These are poems from an alter ego that is a Country and
Western music star I’ve named, Jhonny Venom.CD Album cover and tray liner art frame the written works into chapters or albums. These could easily be transformedinto songs by those lucky individuals who can play a guitar. I penned most of the works in this book using the rhythms and cadences of the music from Appalachia. From the kind of music that most people will never hear onthe radio. Three of the poems were sung acapella and put up on YouTube. Listen at your own risk.
Mostly, this book is inspired by the folks who sit all day inthe local Bar & Grill. Places that most people wouldn’t dare to enter on a bet.
