    Summary
    The co-operation with stakeholders is very important both for company and University, which is the example as “Entrepreneurial University”. Theoretical basis for the analysis of the role of stakeholder groups is similar for company and University: models, matrix, classi-fications or definitions. The strategy and management of the co-operation with stakeholders is also needed both in company and University, especially when there is an asymmetry in relations or communication between University and its stakeholders. In the face of the evo-lution of educational systems in Poland and European Union, Universities apart from tradi-tional aims, like teaching students or to be engaged in scientific activity, have third the same important role – to create mutual relationships with the environment. Traditional University was evaluated into the entrepreneurial organization based on the knowledge, innovative management and connected with more complex strategy towards both internal and external stakeholders.
