I suffer from myelofibrosis. Myelofibrosis is an incurable bone marrow disorder that disrupts the body's normal production of blood cells.
This ebook came about through a need to give my family and friends an insight into the disease I am suffering with. The material was taken (with some adapting) from my website, http://myelofibrosisinaustralia.org . It is unfortunate that some family members have a difficulty in coming to terms with serious illness in the family, and I had hoped by putting it into this form it might just help. Some found it helpful but not everybody is able to come to terms easily.
After this exercise with my family and friends, I thought it might be helpful to a wider audience, other sufferers, their families, friends and carers.
