THE MANIFIESTO.
If we are to survive our time, the Shamans consider that it is imperative to change the structure or social basis of what we define as reality. What is this social base? The consensual certainty that the world is made of concrete objects when in essence we exist in a reality of pure energy. Today, quantum physics confirms that the visible reality is only a tiny strip within a boundless field of waves we cannot see; everything we look at is apparently fixed, solid, and stable; but the truth is that everything is mutating, changing, moving endlessly. This is the social base that needs to be changed. So, how should we perceive reality? As energy! From subatomic levels to the macro universes, everything is energy that flows ceaselessly, nothing stands still; the earth moves at twenty-nine kilometers per second and we are moving with it at that speed, for example. Then our way of perceiving reality should be that everything around us is energy flowing in the universe, this is how shamans perceive reality.
Over thirty years of research, trial, and error in three areas of human knowledge: art, science and shaman knowledge; three disciplines that are interrelated by being imminent experimenters and explorers of reality as opposed to dogmas and beliefs which advocate a static and absolute universe, and that only deepen a process that is entropic and dichotomous (degradation) in the human scale. The uncertainty principle in physics, the expanding universe as a new image of the cosmos, black holes, supernovae, dark matter and the multiverse, put into question a world that has taken theologies for granted. On the other hand, recently, and after more than five hundred years, the ancient wisdom of Native America is beginning to come to light: shaman knowledge.
As a statement of principles, the Introreality is a plastic discovery, a story of self-awareness in the paint. It proposes the development of conscience and freedom of being. It also finds out what holds us prisoners and how to free ourselves. It is a process free of political, religious and economic ideologies; honest and impartial with respect to the current crisis of human beings in the world; it is also a profound criticism in not having an existential and reciprocal course in balance with earth: the origin of everything. It poses a paradigm shift, breaking the way of perceiving reality. Entering a perceptual alteration through inner silence and conscious detachment: a call to change the social base of perception.
Everything in the universe is energy that mutates, mutating the perceiver and mutating the perceived; the chrysalis breaks the shell and can fly and begin his–not human? – perceptual freedom... yes, a dimension in which the goal is no longer personality, but the energetic body. And for further deepening, the Introreality revealed in the painting a precursor, and calls with strength and vision: let us start an inner guerrilla to give birth to a new man! Matta yells. The inner guerrilla is won with inner silence! says the shaman. See energy as it flows in the universe! Say the seers of ancient Mexico. Learn the art of flow! Andean wisdom claims. Silence the mind and forge the energetic body declares the Native American shaman. The fundamentals extracted from different epistemological fields are irreducibly and empirically conclusive and converge at the legendary Shaman knowledge. "The Introreality: The Shaman’s Plane" (Jara Burgos, 2004. Oleo.p1) is an essay and manifest in plastic, foaled in the thoroughness of the search for knowledge of our death, synthesis of a trip to the knowledge of being, revealed in a state of inner silence in 2004. The Introreality is a perceptual revolution and a trip to freedom.
