    After fighting obesity and malfunctioning liver along with border line hypertension she set for herself a health goal path and discovered the diversity of healthy plant based food ingredients and the correct way of cooking them. Having realised the importance of healthy eating and healthy living she gave up on processed food and started cooking at home which brought immense pleasure with the confidence of setting a good health example for her little daughter. Gunjan started her blog with the intention of reaching out to people saying that a healthy lifestyle isn’t as difficult and it can even be made enjoyable.

    This is her debut cookbook with 30 mouthwatering recipes that are easy, healthy and low carb for all days whether its work nights or weekends.
