Brewing beer is a centuries-old practise based on the cyclical pattern of our great planet Earth. A traditional brewing calendar was dictated by these patterns, and as time passed cyclical beer styles also evolved. Modern society now allows for anything, anytime, and virtually anywhere with the result of seasonal beers not being special.
