The second in the 50 Beaches series picks up where the first one left off. at Cudden Point in south-west Cornwall and follows the coast eastwards towards Porthleven and then around the mighty Lizard Peninsula as far as Helford on the Helford River. All the well known beaches are included, such as Praa Sands and Kynance Cove, along with 'secret' beaches such as Gew Graze, Pestreath Cove and Lankidden Cove.
