A Critical Analysis of Actual Occupation (English Edition)

A problem exists in English land law in which overriding interests are not capable of registration. This presents an infamous “crack in the mirror” of the Land Register. This short essay attempts to critically examine and appraise this anomaly and asks the all important question: Does a judicial test for actual occupation exist?
