Do you love to dance? Or love watching dancers? Or long to be free enough to let your body go? This is the third book in the dance meditation series, which celebrates two schools of dancing; theories that connect with the psychological and spiritual elements of dance. When we dance we engage our physical bodies in rhythmic movement that allows energy to breath through us and bring us fully alive. I called this book after Biodanza which refers to the dance of life, yet its element of meditation is most beautifull achieved in the five rhythms wave or natural progression of movements through dance that bring us eventually to stillness.Lucky enough to have experienced both these processes I am happy to celebrate the work of Gabrielle Roth and Orlando Toro through my illustrations.
