Two years ago Shona was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Humour has always been important to Shona. To face her fears head on Shona decided to view each of her new health challenges as a funny story. Many of the stories became amusing emails for her friends, a number of whom knew very little about MS. The hope was that it would educate them about the disease in a light hearted way. Support can only be given, and empathy achieved with understanding.
