Obesity epidemic is peaking all over the Planet. Dieting is proposed as main treatment for it. If in the case of morbid obesity this is almost the only choice, many people resort to continuous restriction in nutrition without other than esthetic reasons for it. Thus hundred years of dieting, which result from this philosophy, are much more deleterious to human health than obesity itself. My booklet aims at proposing an incentive for discussion of this topic.
