Basic one- and two-dimensional nmr-spectroscpoy
Sobre
Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy is one of the most powerful analytical techniques used in chemistry and physics. The technique uses a magnetic field to help determine details of the molecular structure and molecular dynamics of a sample. As such NMR is used to analyze polymers, organic compounds, pharmaceuticals, pigments, foods and beverages, proteins, DNA, and biological samples. A type of nuclear magnetic resonance that is widely known is the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) used by medical personnel to diagnose disease and injuries.
