Business Process Management (BPM) of Small and Medium Enterprises
This book is an example of a research study with regards to Business Process Management status of Small and Medium Enterprises. It comprise of a thesis format that follows ACM standard covering four major sections including the background of study, methodology, presentation of findings, and conclusions and recommendations. The book study covers a complete research sample output of Business Process Management status of SMEs. The objective of the study is to determine the current status of Business Process Management of Small Medium Enterprises. Relative to the aim, the study sought to determine the Business Process Management maturity phase of Small and Medium Enterprises and identify the issues with regards to Business Process Management of Small and Medium Enterprises. A complete reference and example of a research output for computer science, information technology, and business research study majoring in enterprise track.
ABSTRACT:
This study aimed to determine the current status of Business Process Management of Small Medium Enterprises in Prontera City, Ragnaland. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative approach and is a descriptive type of research which covers a sample size of 24 respondents which are randomly selected among the different Small Medium Enterprises in Prontera City. Several data gathering techniques was used and statistical tools were also used to treat the data gathered.
