Chinese Vegetarian Recipes (English Edition)

About a year ago, I was poisoned. Though I mostly recovered, my body was no longer able to process meat and dairy. As a Native American and Texan, my family rarely had a meal that didn’t include meat as its centerpiece. I realized I didn’t know many ways to cook vegetables let alone an entire vegetarian meal. Being a vegetarian doesn't mean eating boring food for the rest of your live. These are a few of my favorite recipes to spice things up. Because life’s too short not to enjoy.
