Conrad rush (chapter ii: a new villain)

Conrad gets upset with his mother, and in his book he writes her as the new villain. But a chat with his father helps clear things up. Conrad then writes a new chapter where he, David, and Katie stop, Billy from stealing a Vincent van Gogh painting.
