9/11 was an eye opener for the world. Although apolitical and indifferent to the global actions of Washington, the author is constrained to adopt a politically incorrect position to roll-play the emotions of his Third World co-researchers and reports the spiteful feelings that prevail in the Third World against Washington as "the ugly American" (Best-seller of the 60's), while describing the environment around the research, development and implementation of Human Economics, which is the primary subject of Counter Attack. He formulates the six fundamental principles of Human Economics, and the many new opportunities of quenching global poverty through bilateral agreements and artificial consumption. The new procedures are realistic and very simple to implement. The book is written in "non-technical language", at the reach of every reader. In Appendices, the Author describes the step-by-step procedures for the Third World to emancipate itself from the fraud of corporate Globalization. In fact, he sustains that the Third World can form immediately the Economic Communities of IberoAmerica, Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Middle East, "without any conflict with present globalization of Imperial Washington". The Third World must adopt Human Economics, and these appendices show the way. Humanity cannot count on Washington or the Multinationals to lift a finger for the Species or the Planet. Our children depend only on us.
