With the sun setting over Dead Lake there's no one home to protect Nana but little Willy Burke. Now Nana and young Willy are about as close as two peas in a pod, and Willy...he's a brave little trooper. But when a sudden storm hits and knocks out power to the town, the blaring alarm at penitentiary gives them cause for alarm. Dead Lake lies between their house and the prison and it's patrolled by old Marvin the gator so a visit from escaped prisoners seems unlikely. Except...it happened once before.
