Remember, in the late 1930s through the early 1950s, radio was our only source of entertainment. So early on, Granddad told me stories to entertain me. As a child and later, as an adult, I loved these stories. Even as I re-read these stories, many give me a chuckle. This book is a series of interesting and funny stories told by my Grandad. They are told as the ‘Gospel Truth’ and I leave it for you, the reader, to decide which may have been embellished.
