When Taking a Total Rewards class at Southern New Hampshire University I realized that a lot of my classmates were struggling with the e-sonic compensation project. I then decided to create a guide for those struggling with the e-sonic project. This guide includes what each step of the assignment requires, helpful tips, a breakdown of the project, the rubric used to grade the project at Southern New Hampshire University, as well as my own e-sonic compensation project which was given full marks (100% grade).
The goal of this book is to help guide you through the project as well as providing you with an example of how to do each section of the project along with the finalized version of the project.
