Dr. Miller addresses the problem associated with inadequate intake of the essential fatty acids, especially the Omega-3 essential fatty acids. The government sponsored recommendations for a healthy diet changed radically in 2005 and now the recommendation is that up to a third of our calories should come from fats. Dr. Miller shows how to meet the current dietary guidelines with a healthy diet that includes adequate amounts of healthy fats.
