One year ago, Detective Victoria Collins shot and killed a serial killer—the Birdman. A man responsible for the murder of at least fourteen teenage girls, including Victoria's only sister. The case broke her apart, leading her to resign and move away from her hometown to regroup.
Now, police have discovered a new body bearing the same hallmarks as the Birdman’s victims. Collins is brought in to share her knowledge of the original crimes with the investigation team. When another victim adds to the body count, the team suspect that the murders aren’t the work of a copycat.
It now appears the real killer was never caught.
