Ethical considerations of privacy and

Cyber-space profoundly influences and impacts our everyday activities, but it is also out of control and has spawned many controversial issues involving free speech, censorship, intellectual property, and privacy. The free market and society norm may, in some measure, be capable of regulating these issues and eventually help allay many of our concerns. A major and controversial concern that requires additional discussion is safeguarding the confidentiality of private medical information. (essay)
