Finding peace

The life of a disillusioned peace activist takes on new meaning when she takes a day off to visit a small town Folk Festival-all because she couldnt ignore a dog in distress. This short story was originally written as a prologue to the novel, Love and Not Destroy, which takes place twenty-two years later and continues the story of Peace Morrow as she attempts to solve the mystery of her biological heritage.
