    The majority of diets are designed by corporations that simply do not work for everyone. The one size fits all diet approach does not consider individuals, but rather focuses on putting profits over people. And if you have ever been of the fortunate few who have lost a pound or two using them, I’m hard pressed to believe you were able to keep them off for any significant period of time. That is because if and when weight reduction goals are achieved, there is no focus on maintenance. A fitness goal is not as helpful as "deciding" to be fit. Further, weight loss companies are not in business to be your friend. These Multi billion dollar companies do not want lasting weight loss success for you but rather returning weight loss clients.
