I remember as a child on Maui listening to the roar of bombs exploding on Kahoolawe just a couple of miles off shore to Lahaina.
I experienced been in the US Army and training on all the large illegal US Military seized lands of Hawaii and watched the "Aina" constantly been bombed.
I always wondered what happen to my people whom owned this land under International law as a Sovereign and Independent Nation. I found my self torn inside and devastated every time an explosion would rock the island.
Pohakaloa on the Big Island was the worst experience of desolation I have ever experienced to our land called Hawaii. That is what prompt me to serve my last term in the United States Army.
