Bruno Claben is a "decider" in the pro human Manzey organization on Mars in 5,141. What is a decider? If you are late on a payment to the Manzey organization, Bruno will show up on your doorstep and help you "decide" to pay. Bruno never wanted to write about his life, its a favor to a dead friend. His life speeds him towards his fate which all men are blind to, Bruno may discover life again.
