The concept of A Real Hotel Management Book is a new one within The Hotel Industry; it is a Book for People who might otherwise not enjoy reading a Book on the subject as they are simply not what they want or they find them boring.
A Real Hotel Management Book is broken down into what Sawyers thinks are the four typical layers of Management within Hotels. I have created characters to help me explain things to everyone and to help you understand things.
