Inside Ferguson Study Guide is a tool that will help shed light on cultural disparities amongst ethnic groups as it relates to systemic discrimination. There is an overwhelming need to address systemic oppression on all levels in America in order for our society to progress and overcome the hauntings of our past. A lack of cultural competency in communities has spawned generations of minorities who have been labeled and portrayed as angry, unintelligent and inferior human be-ings. This study guide will acknowledge the elephant in the room known as white privilege and ignite a flame of conversations to get to the deeper root, systematic oppression.
