Kingdoms and kings book one: markan

In the Kingdom of Geobi there are strange floods, strange occurances and then the King goes missing. The Ancient Masters of the Kingdom decide to send the most unlikely trio to look for the King and do whatever is necessary to bring order back to Geobi. An unusual human with dubious magical powers, an overweight gnome and a hapless elf who often speaks in riddles find themselves journeying through unknown lands in the quest of their lives. Their adventure brings them into contact with all manner of creatures, good and evil. This is the story of their quest.
