This code is promulgated by The Vietnam National Assembly on June 18, 2012. It provides labor standards; rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees, employers, representative organizations of employees’ collective and employers’ representative organizations in employment relations and other relations directly related to employment relations; and state management of labor.
