The surface Transport by Roadways has also developed great significance But as we are aware our country has bigger population so public transport system is not sufficient to cover need of the day and public is desired to make their own means of Transportation and it becomes the necessity to fame certain laws for regulation of Transportation. The Indian Railways Act, Motor vehicle Act Carriers Act Air Travel Regulations, Multimodal Transportation Act ext were framed to regulate. The process of Transportation, the Consumers has been given certain Right in this regard and to Know their rights an attempt is being made to incorporate the right of consumers and duties of service providers in this book.
