What is this? Leadership Activities is a (16 page) book that contains two lesson plans to help managers to facilitate a session on leadership with their team. Events contained within this book will range in time investment from 20 to 60 minutes. These sessions are classic leadership activity sessions that are explained by team building designer Tyler Hayden with accompanying videos.
