Legal Awareness (English Edition)

This booklet replicates the Legal Awareness booklet the author devised and distributed throughout the UK MoD in 1991 with the object of promoting the corporate business climate essential to implement the ‘commercial approach’ to defence procurement introduced in 1985 by Chief of Defence Procurement Peter Levene (now Lord Levene of Portsoken). It remained a basic reference book in MoD for 10 years before being absorbed into and overtaken by an internal on-line Commercial Awareness training system. The author, now in his 80s, wishes to record this evidence of his work for posterity!
