As alluded to in the subtitle, this book navigates a variety of themes, trends and topics associated with New Age spirituality. You may catch me pontificating about deep metaphysical issues one minute and going off on meaningless silly tangents the next. While there’s a bit of an edge to certain chapters — I call those the “rants” — ultimately it’s all meant to be taken in a playful context, so you needn’t take any of the content too seriously (unless you really want to).

To be sure, I’ve covered a lot of ground and poked some light hearted fun at as many New Age trends as I possibly could (I felt it was more equitable to offend everyone equally) so there may be legitimate cause for a few folks to get flustered. If after perusing certain chapters, you find yourself in the “flustered category,” then perhaps the content triggered you and your pain body became activated. In which case, a little dose of Ho’oponopono may be in order: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
A SPIRITUAL BOOK FOR PEOPLE WITH ADHD
You’ll notice there are lots of tiny chapters in this book. This get-a-quick-fix-of-info format is perfectly aligned with the attention span of modern day humans who are suffering from information overload and just want to get to the point, asap. It’s also consistent with certain New Age themes that specialize in what I like to refer to as "Fast Food Spirituality.” You may get satiated quickly and cheaply, but it’s not always nourishing.
CREATE YOUR OWN UNIQUE READING JOURNEY
In conventional literature, the reader is encouraged to start with the intro and proceed through the content in the order it was written, as the ideas are usually linked together in coherent fashion. Not so with this particular collection. Except for the first and the last, all chapters have been randomly positioned. Thus, there is no logic whatsoever that ties subsequent chapters together. This offbeat format was no doubt influenced by my own idiosyncratic tendency to wander through a new book exploring topics haphazardly. So feel free to jump in absolutely anywhere and it will make just as much sense — or just as little sense — as it would have, had you started from the beginning.
THE CHAPTERS ARE COLOUR-CODED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
One thing that is rather unique about this ebook is the chapter headings. I have colour-coded the chapters according to thematic categories. That way, you will have an opportunity to tackle all the related topics at the same time, should you so choose. For example, in the table of contents all of the RED chapters have to do with ‘Healing,’ the GREEN chapters comprise the ‘How To’ material, and the BLUE chapters are 'All About Me.' There are 7 different themes covered in the book, which turned out to be very convenient as there are also 7 chakras representing the 7 colours of the rainbow: (1) Healing Modalities; (2) Spiritual Gurus; (3) Abundance and Manifestation; (4) ‘How To’; (5) Terminology and Expressions; (6) It's All About Me; (7) Popular New Age Trends.
