I decided to write this book because I know what its like to be looking for advice, but to hear so many different things that you end up more confused than before. Do Carbs make you fat now or not? Is Cardio the only way to get really lean? Do I really need to do high rep stuff to get ‘toned’? Does clean eating really work? Will I be fat forever because I always skip breakfast? Do I constantly need to change the exercises, to make further progress?
It doesn’t matter what the subject is, thanks to the Internet, there is more advice on health and fitness than anybody knows what to do with. The problem is that mostly people are trying to sell you products, not advice. Further, there are lots of self proclaimed ‘coaches’ out there, aiming to give you advice, but they are either on steroids (you’d be surprised how many really are) or not even in great shape themselves. How can I possibly take them serious?
This is why I have written this book. It is effectively the book I wish someone had given me, when I started working out years ago!
With the help of this book, you will learn the truth about exercise and nutrition. Upon finishing reading it, you will know more about fitness and health then most people ever will.
