North Side Nights (English Edition)

"North Side Nights" is an episodic series of short stories following Ida Miller, a first-generation American in 1920's Chicago. Ida has just met the love of her life, Sammy, a man who she knows is up to no good. Her suspicions are confirmed when she finds herself in the middle of an urban war between several rival gangs. As their relationship gets more and more serious, Ida sees only two options: to stay with Sammy and become part of his clique, or else leave him and fear retribution by the man she loves.
