In the later part of the 1960’s, deep into the “Summer of Love”, it is anything but.
For the past eight months people residing in the Golden State have been terrorized by a madman: a cold-blooded murderer known as the “Zodiac”. With all of the public scrutiny focused on unsolved murders, these monthly distractions have overshadowed a less publicized, but just as lethal killer who calls himself the “Bus Line Shooter”.
Three unlikely friends, an ex-navy man, A. P. Hardy, Tera, a 19 year-old love child, and her beau, David are heading to the Woodstock Musical Festival in upstate New York. This is a tale of their adventures along the way, which leads them to encounter psychos, angry Marines, a Mexican drug Lord, and an escape from the law.
It’s July 4th weekend, and our three unsuspecting friends are about to come face to face with each of these psychopaths. Some will survive the grip of death, while others shall perish in the desert dust.
