In the city of Daral, injustice is the norm, a norm that is carefully concealed by those who maintain it from those who take their lives for granted. Enter Mary, your average surface girl with a broad adventurous streak, when one of her explorations goes horribly wrong and she finds herself estranged from the life she once knew. Now on the opposite side of the looking glass Mary begins to see what's been hidden from her by her sheltered life and the dark side of her own family and the society she calls home.
