My goal is to teach people how to avoid the pitfalls of probate by showing them how to draft their own Family Living Trust, and to teach the importance of a Living Will, a Special Power of Attorney, and a Pour-Over Will. The examples in the book are a compilation of stories and problems with probate, and do not relate to any one person or family.
